Lucas 6500 Universal flashing cement effectively seals flashing edges to prevent leaks. Superior to asphalt-based cements, it offers excellent tensile strength. Additionally, unique surfactant additives allow for application on wet or even submerged surfaces. This flashing cement is the ideal solution for virtually any type of roof, in any condition.
Lucas 6500 Universal flashing cement is suitable for asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, Kynar, concrete, TPO, Hypalon (chlorosulfonated polyethylene), PIB (polyisobutylene), and EPDM rubber roofs.
It is a solvent-based terpolymer sealant manufactured from synthetic elastomers, adhesive resins and polyolefin microfibers.
